Prior to his career in real estate, Phil was a manager for a national computer servicingcompany where his responsibilities included marketing & sales and an accountability for profit & loss.

Phil started his real estate career with one of the largest independent companies located inthe Greater DC area where he received the professional designation “GRI." To receive thisdesignation he had to complete extensive training that included fair housing, creative financing, marketing, real estate law & tax consequences. Because of Phil’s interest in the problems faced by many seniors, Phil furthered his education with subjects such as installment sales, capital gains, estate planning, and equity conversion.

Phil has extensive experience helping his clients to achieve their goals, whether it is enhancing their profits when selling their home or finding them a suitable property that meets their specific needs. Phil is recognized by both his past clients and peers as being conscientious and knowledgeable.
